The Toolflex System is a Swedish quality range of tool holders owned by Delex Teknik AB.
Delex is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, standards which ensures that all Delex products are manufactured to a consistently high quality.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Force Majeure
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as labour disputes, fire, war, decisions made by government agencies, reduced or non-delivery by suppliers.
Furthermore, we accept no liability for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the relevant supplier and other factors beyond our control. Neither is the company liable for any direct or indirect damage/loss that may arise for the customer.
